^this, and if they are not OPs then you should cut one in half, then cut a half in half,(quarter) and crush that. Snort half of the crushed stuff(approx. 10mgs), then snort the other crushed stuff 30 mins later. OCs are powerful, and you got 80's so take it easy until you know how they affect you. Also, you being new to opiates I would advise not to go over 40mgs for your first day. Some times I've be feelin great off 30 mgs, decide to do 10 more, and I'm sick on the floor.

Very good reply, thank you, just what I needed to hear. I will most likely do it like you just described, starting with approx. 10mgs and wait and see how I will react to the drug. Probably after the 30 minutes when I know how it is working and when I think I want a little more I'll up the dose by 5mgs each time at 15minutes interval (like "LoverDearest" pointed out) to find the sweet spot.

Honestly however you shouldn't need anywhere over 20 mg if your an opiate virgin.

Hi guys, and thank you for your replies. Just wanted you guys to know that I said in the beginning that I had little experience but not a virgin. I don't know what you call a opiate virgin but probably someone who has no experience. I'm going to quote myself about what I have been taking that I just posted little earlier.

I have been using Tramadol taking 2x200mg a day but have not been using it for a month now, also I have been using "Ketogan" or "Ketobemidone" wich Im on just now and each pill contains 5mg of Ketobemidone I take about 2x5mg a day and sometimes 3x5mg a day when my tolerance goes up. I usually stop taking the medication after 4-5 days of taking it and back on it after 2weeks or so when the tolerance has gone down again.

Ketogan or Ketobemidone is a powerful opioid. Its effectiveness against pain is in the same range as morphine, and it also has some NMDA-antagonist properties imparted by its metabolite norketobemidone.
