Good sedating dose of Mirtazapine?

Trying Mirtazapine to help with anxiety/insomnia.
Does anyone know what a good sedating dose is.. 30mg?

I know it becomes less sedating if u take to much because the NRI effects start to outweigh the anthistamine effects.

15 mg is enough for most. Give that a try.

If it becomes your everyday sleeper be aware of weight gain as its big problem and even a possibility of pushing people towards type to diabetes. Its very effective just might not be a good everyday drug for a lot of people.
