Good/Safe combo ? -- tramadol - morphine - diazepam

Is this combo safe and how good is it if anyone has tries it?

Also what would happen if a vyvance got thrown in the mix too?

but while it's here.. it all depends on your tolerance and doses of each drug you are going to take to determine whether it is safe or not..

Whew..What a mix there mate lol. Going from my personal experience, tramadol makes me feel real nauseous when mixed with opiates..Um, why take tramadol when you have the opiates? You can (with doctors advice), cut out the tramadol and slightly up the morphine dose..Way less stress on the kidneys and liver. Oyeah, tramadol doesn't get you high either haha

^ tramadol gets some people high.. like people with a low tolerance or even some people with a tolerance it can hold off w/d's or give you a buzz during w/d's.. i take suboxone and have a script to tramadol also and it is the only opiate like medicine i can take in combo with the subs to help with my back problems.

i definately get high on tramadol , when im on subutex ,too. but its not that opiat/opioid high....it has its own rush kinda like a low codeine dose mixed with amphe. but it only works once in a while ,if i would do tramal now (which would not work for some other reason) and be high, tomorrow it would have no effect no matter how high i dose
