good roll? or bad roll?

Im sondering if anyone else has bad anxietty
And if takin mdma will trigger an attack?
I used to roll a long time ago.been sober for
2 years,but i developed realy bad anxietty isues
So im scared to roll n have a panic,attak or
Sometin uncomfortable happen..
