I've been up and down and across the solar system with cigarettes. At my worst, I was smoking so much during a coke binge that I signed myself up for a smoking secession program because I thought I had such a serious problem. I started smoking when I was about 6 or 7. My brother's friend's mom smoked a lot and let us pick up cartons for her from the corner store. Of course we would pick up some cigars and smoke some of the cigs. We were kids, why not? Then when I was 8, we moved away and I didn't smoke the for the next ten years. Then I began bar tending. It wasn't that tough, but very stressful. Any discrepancies in money comes out of my pay. If I sold to an underage I would get fired. But I made good money, it was kinda cool. I learned over time that cigarettes can replace ANYTHING but nothing can replace the devil's plant.
The real devil's plant is tobacco. I've quit before, the last time I quit was from november to february. A solid 4 month block of time with no cigarettes. And now it's time again. This time for good. I'm done with cigarettes now and forever. I'm only on day two, but I fear the hardest is over. Or I hope. I'm still smoking the god's plant. Hopefully I can keep it like that. fuck tobacco. so thanks bluelight for letting me share this with you...I hope anyone reading this thinks of gross stale american spirits and bites the bullet...and quits for good!
