Good ativan dose for nap time?

how long does it take to kick in? I have the 1mg subliminal ones, that go under the tongue. It's been about 30 minutes and I don't really feel sleepy at all

It should have kicked in. I'd say 1 more mg is safe, I wouldn't go above that with no benzo tolerance + mixing with demerol

I'm gunna go with another .5, if anything wrong was to happen I'd be all on my own for it, no help. I'm in an empty house.

a combination of acute propofol intoxication with benzodiazepine effect. i have heard that demerol was one of his favorites though.

to the op, 1mg of ativan is a small dose even for someone intolerant. but being that it was your first time and in the presence of opiates its always best to start small.
