i decided to treat myself to get some good old coricidin cough and cold (i usually get the cvs generic dxm but i shoplifted there too much so i have to go to my local pharmacy), now that i have the box of 24 pills (10mg each) how much should i dose as this is my first time in a few months using so my tolerance has definitely lowered

im not throwing it away as there probably will be a point where i either actually need it or am really desperate
my life isnt very good right now
