Tips for inducing the subs? Pain doctor who has had me on methadone 20 years is retiring and their pain clinic is dropping me in 2025.
Wanting to avoid sickness and hopefully subs covers my neck/back pain. Been on methadone for 25 years, tho 15mgs is my dose.
Should I give it a go with bupe or just go to a methadone clinic as I am both dependent and an addict used to full agonist and without Im gonna relapse. (Not showing up at methadone clinic for pain Rather addiction)

Have ur doc refer you to a close clinic to your house…..give you a solid reference 20+ years of adherence to the program, you’re stable on Methadone dose and plan to gradually reduce or whatever

There has to be another clinic that will give you a months script / 30 days of Methadone tablets ets
