first off congrats on going cold turkey!
i'd say for your diet:focus on getting in as much protein as you can, stay away from refined sugars and all that crap. and try and include fish in your meals a few times a week, your brain needs its' omega-3's
exercise:im not sure what condition you're in, but im prettyy sure cocaine is a bitch on the heart so i would take it easy at first.
start going on walks, maybe a mile or 2. then increase it to 2-5 miles when you feel comfortable. when you think you're ready, start jogging, then just see what you wanna do from there. cardiovascular exersize is great for the heart. Some people arent into jogging/cardio so if thats not your thing than maybe think about joining a gym.
a few supplements that i would reccomend-
Fish oil: its' great for your heart, brain, there are just soo many benefits. (take with food)
Multivitamin: for obvious reasons (take with food)
Magnesium (preferably anything other than magnesium oxide): it's great for your muscles, heart and brain. its also an NMDA-antagonist and IME its gives a little mood boost (take with or without food)
