People like us don't learn so easily.
We can stop burning our noses once we realize that the same thing always happens every time we repeat the same action. Eventually the discomfort of doing something different becomes more attractive than the familiar pain of staying the same.
Dig into your outpatient as if your life depends on it (because it does). We need the help of those who have succeeded where we have failed. If we want what they have, it's a good idea to do what they've done.
