Edit: I think i'm arriving without any other BLers. and i have no plans/means of contact with any till Evad and Grandad turn up later any chance of a mobile number or two to make contact?

They sell excellent packs and they're pretty cheap too..

weather looks like it's going to be changeable, that's ok though isn't it? I mean, we've been so lucky for the past 5 years, at least it won't be a total glasto style washout.

Also, the whole festival is on a hill, so there aren't any rain traps, nor are there any bottlenecks to swim through.

Air beds are a must! It really makes a huge difference having that extra comfort. Plus if it's going to be cooler than previous years, it means that you have a little insulation, rather than feeling the cold ground just under your roll mat.

We have some cool ear plug jobbies too to aid a little extra sleep.

I bought some tres funky Wellies 3 years ago for our first Glade, looks like I'm finally gonna have to bust 'em out!

I'm wobbling a bit now 8( I move back to manc on the 13th and I have already dipped into the £600 I have for rent and deposit. travel is going to cost over 100 quid, so I might be better selling ticket today to get money back for the move. Arrgh. Looking forward to it for weeks but cant realistically be done. have to see the bank manager but i think it will be a no!

Whoever gets there first (we should be arriving midday-ish) shopuld get one and everyone else who manages to camp around it can chip in... twas only £2 or something wasn't it

I dont know what the likelihood of reserving space will be tbh we had randoms setup right inside our camp last year lol..... maybe for the odd tent but its best to get there as early as poss!

They were dead cheap at Banana Joe's, around £10 for a single / £15 for a double, plus they inflate your stuff for free, even if you didn't buy it of them.
