gutted, I'm going to be sending 2 of my tickets back for a refund because my lady is poorly. first one i've missed.

I have another for sale if anyone wants it... tinrib gets first dibs on it though...

That's a shame I'd thought that she was on the mend after coming out of hospital a few weeks back, sorry to hear about that, hope things improve soon for her and you.

WEDDINGS!!!!!!!!One can still marry and attend a festival.
I recall my own wedding with great fondness (the second real one not the first horrid one) and I'm certain that if it hadn't been late December we could have easily fitted a festival into the schedule .

^ lol ! :D

i think paul is a best man....... he did toy with the idea of doing his speech via live link up with shitmat in the background =D

Looper is moochos skint too, he's had 3 weddings in as many months some in ireland..

my mate who blagged it off is well under the thumb, his missus wont let him. twat.

either way, the funniest one of the group is still in attendence ;)

I can't fucking wait!

What a mission it is gonna be though. Me and my mates have to get a coach to london which takes 7 hours, then get to paddington from central london (no fucking idea how to do it) then get a train to reading, then get to the fucking site!!!! Then back again....

Still it's less than half the price of the train fair alone.

The coach will most likely go to Victoria, so get on the tube at Victoria, take the victoria line (light blue) north, and get off at oxford circus. Change onto the bakerloo line (brown) and go north again to paddington. Takes around 20 minutes.

Yeah it does go to Victoria. Cheers for that Grob. I've not been to London for a while so my bearings arn't quite up to scratch. It is gonna be in Reading yeah? Cos once we get to Reading station we're bolloxed really. Hopefully they'll be putting on buses again.

I don't think the bus will be from reading, it will be from a "local train station near reading" which will be released in an email a few days before the event.

Ah fair enough. Aslong as we can get to it from London everything is spotty dog :)

yep, from london should be a piece of piss.

I'm driving though - got too much stuff to take otherwise!

Look out for this to find me!

Hahaha. Nice one.

I'm meeting up with Mr Tinrib along the way at some point and anyone else is welcome to camp with us, that is if you can put up with a bunch of space-case Geordies.

^who's going down with yous owen? We should be on site 1pmish and probably up for some kind of BL campsite-ing. You bringing booze all the way down from newcastle? gonna try and take as less as possible this year, I hate carrying stuff.

I seem to remember there being a shop in Reading train station that i bought some cans from last year. It may've been an M&S but can still pick up a few cans, there might have been another shop too.

Well pleased my ticket arrived today.

Whats the plans? I'm quite happy getting the bus like. It sounds a bit complicated when we get off, but i'm sure we'll survive. Want to sort tickets out this weekend?

Speaking of weddings, I've got one to go to the weekend after. Gonna have to find a nice quiet spot at the bar and try to piece things back together

I've already got travel sorted but how much is this bus via london costing in total? i managed to get my train sorted for about 20 off quid less than last year but still a lot of cash.

I megabussed it from newcastle last year. It's pretty easy in london except hitting people on the underground with bags etc, really easy to navigate though, just leave yourself more time than you need. (We had a 5 hour delay last year when the megabus' windscreen collapsed and we thought we'd been bombed as it was a week after the london bombings).
