I was in a long term relationship where we agreed to whatever we wanted when we were asleep, we could get. I don't find it too messed up to have to be clean before him going down on me or me going down on him. Hygiene. One of the most important things.
I would hate to be smelly (you know, sweat or something, I'm clean!!) when he's going down on me.
