Girl flirting with me at work, my next move?

o I work with this girl I think she's gorgeous. A while back before we worked together I DM'd her on insta and asked for her number in a way she didn't like. So she wasn't having it. Now that we work together she brought it up and we both laughed it off and then I politely asked for her number and she wrote it on a piece of paper and stuck it in my back pocket while I was working.

I texted her later that night and she never replied. Three days later she texts me asking if I could find her some dabs I told her I would try. I eventually found it for her and gave it to her at work the next day.

Today at work, I'm walking to the dish room (I work in a resteraunt) to grab a bowl and she see's me and smiles at me. Not a quick smile, we connected eyes and she slowly put a smile on her face and looked away. Later on, I go to the restroom, as I'm walking back to my station we run into each other and I apologize and she grabs my waist with one hand and says don't be sorry.

That's pretty much all that has happened but I definitely think she is into me at this point. So what's my next move? I have her number, but I don't work again for three days either.

you want to ask her out on a date? call her and ask her out on a date. better still, wait until you are back at work and ask her in person.

I think it might be a bit too early to ask her out on a date. Maybe just hangout? Like with me and my friends and some of her friends? A date seems a bit too early at least for me.
 
No offense i think your reaching for something man. She gives u her number and in your first exchanges she 1- never answered ur text 2- only texted you to ask ask u for a favor. Thats why she prob exchanged numbers. And whenever im walking through people if i bump someone or squeeze through them, ill either put my hand on a girls waste/side arm or something very lightly.

But if im 100% wrong and your asking her to hang regardless, id so it face to face at the end of the workday on friday. Its the weekened abd if she aays no, well at least u got couple days before seeing her monday.

Hang out/date is same thing in 2016. Actually people probably use "hanging out" more then "dating" when describing a new relationship with the opposite sex

Well when someone says date I think dinner/movie type deal. Hang out to me means netflix and alcohol

Yea just different wording. Ive gone on plenty of what you would call dates, but when asking the girl it was always "hey we should hangout this weekened, i know you wanted to see (name movie), wanna go?" Lol same shit
 
Do not date your coworkers. Dipping your quill in the company ink leads to an awkward and uncomfortable work environment at best.
When the relationship doesn't work out you still have to go to work with the person. You could possibly get fired for sexual harassment.

It's not worth it. These are just my opinions do whatever you want. This girl
Is definitely not interested in you anyways IMO.
 
sounds like she needs a dab hookup.

only one way to find out for sure tho.

I wouldn't worry about hookups and sexual harassment at a restaurant. a corporate job sure. but restaurants would have to fire everyone if they fired their employees for sleeping with each other.
 
I'd just ask her out on an "official" date just so u know where u stand or else you'll just hang out and still have all the same questions that u have now. Bite the bullet and just ask her to a movie or something, worst case scenario is she says no and it'll be a little bit awkward at work but that's a small price to pay for a chance at being happy and finding love IMO...
 
Seems like she's just using you for the dab hookup. Most girls think by being cute they will get a deal or better yet - free. So don't take her flirting too seriously.

I'd wait a few days to text her again and just ask her to hang out. Make sure you have a place in mind and everything. If she makes an excuse she's not interested and never will be.
