can I have one reply pls?
I know this one beautiful girl who is 22,she used to be meth addict for one year then stoped 10 months ago...... she had paranoid voices in her head and was put on Sulpiride, then it was ok voices disapeared but she tried MDMA and cannabis 4 months ago the voices returned super strong and to this day she is on Sulpiride

my question is,can you hear voices and not be permanent schizo? can it go away?

second question, this girl is hot as supernova and used to have very high libido, came 30times in hour and half easily but once she stopped meth she have no desire, dont even masturbate :( I found she missed her period for three month on Sulpiride and also lactate while on it so the progesterone is killing the libido but she said she didnt had sex drive even in that one month after voices disapeared before she took mdma

so is it becose her dopamine was still fried at that time and even trough progesterone went away becose stopped Sulpiride her libido was low cause that dopamine was low?

She have perfect strong body, excellent athletic genes.... doesnt do any drugs, eats healthy and do bodyweight training nearly everyday,I am wondering when this gem of a human being gets that sweet sex drive like before.....

MODS move this to better part of bluelight, not sure if this belongs to dark side

They can go away and they can be dealt and there negative aspects lessened with different therapies and life style changes.

Sulpiride is a selective antagonist at dopamine D2 and D3 receptors

So it antagonizes the dopamine by blocking the receptors. Im not sure of the exact dysfunction of dopamine reward system associated with schizophrenia, but limiting dopamine receptor interaction is very standard treatment for this type of condition. Do they think its stimulant psycoses or schizophrenia? I'm no doctor but since she was able to come off the antipsychotic and remain symptom free until she used again my opinion would fall under psycoses.

Her High labito was probably due to the meth. Her non existant labido is most likley from the Sulpiride. Its not uncommon to see people post how they msterbated for two and a half days straight on amps.

Low labido is a common side effect of antipsycotics. They have quite the slew of side effects. I hope she is able to get of them at some point.

Her labido not returning to normal after discontinuation of the antipsychotic the first time may have been partly to do that the meth kicked it up so significantly. Also people can have various symptoms, resulting from different neuro chemicals that have been jumbled by the use of the drugs and medications. These generally return to normal for most people in under a year after all drug use has stopped, some medications can slow or stop the process.

There are things people can do to promote the healing. One that also may improve her condition, either of the two likely possibilities would be regular exercise. four times a week and I would encourage her to work up to at least forty minutes of aerobic interval training.

I believe that the voices people experience when the develope the symptoms of schizophrenia are verbal manifestations of naturally occurring emotions. So instead of feeling an emotion they are now hearing it. Here is a good thread that contains a short speech given by a woman who has psitifreenia and was able to make peace with her voices and even use them to past some of her doctorate examines. It also kinda backs up the theory that the voices are verbal manifestations of emotion by showing they can be calmed in the same ways uncomfortable emotional states are.

Is It Possible To Live With The Voices In Your Head? Eleanor Longden

Also If she tries to get off the medication I would try and avoid continuous noisy situations. Like having a house fan on all the time. With an increase in dopamine receptor stimulation the brain goes into overdrive looking for the patterns that resulted in the mesolimbic activity. It can then start to create patterns where there are none. Steady or droning noises can create more verbal experience I think.

I hope this helps and I hope she recovers fully and rewards you. =D

All I can add is this from my personal experience with stimulants, there may or may not be a psychological aspect to the low libido. I am so disgusted with my behavior and some sexual shit I did when I was sprung that I don't want to have sex ever again. I literally make myself sick. I can't even masturbate.

The good news is when I'm honest with myself I think I could be coaxed back out sexually under the right conditions, but I have no desire to seek out sex.

there are ways to get schzophrenic symptoms without being schizophrenic. For example, abrupt antipsychotic discontinuation can induce psychosis and hallucinations even in non-schizophrenic patients who were only taking it for sleep or ptsd/depression

do you think meth can give these symptoms for months after not using anymore?
