There are two articles in the Local Echo Newspaper, the first states...
Story 1 source a: http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liverpool-news/liverpool-girl-18-dies-after-6026140An 18-year-old girl died after taking an Ecstasy-type tablet.
The teenager was rushed to the Royal Liverpool hospital on Sunday after taking a lime-green coloured “Rock Star” tablet emblazoned with a five-pointed star motif.
The second article names her, and also states she was 19. A slight discrepency in clarity, but they definitely refer to the same person/incident.
The lethal drug is sold as a type of ecstasy but is reported to contain a cocktail of mystery substances.
Police today warned people not to take the tablet, which was described as being marked with a five-pointed-star motif.
It goes on to describe the tablet,
The tablet is lime green with a five-point star on one side and a line through the centre of the tablet on the other side

The article (source a) also speculates to a a link with previous incidents involving similar tablets with the same motif from earlier this year
A drug dubbed “Rock Star” sparked a series of police warnings in Lanarkshire, Scotland, in March, after seven people were hospitalised and one died after allegedly taking the tablets which were being sold as “Ecstasy”.
Story 2 source a:http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-21650194Taking a drug called "Rockstar" has led to seven people in the Glasgow area being hospitalised over the weekend - and to a public warning from police.
