I have adhd and i take ginkgo biloba L extract, 1ml 3 times a day. Do you think that is better for me to take pills of ginkgo instead? And do you think that i should take more ginkgo extract at a time?
And I read on the internet about smoke ginkgo, there is any way to turn ginkgo extract into anything smokable? xD

What part of your ADHD does it help with? And to answer your question, you should line up the amount in your extract to the amount in one pills dose. Pills would be the same if you are taking the same dose with the liquid that you would take with one pill. And you would have to evaporate the extract to get it smokeable, but before you do that, look at what temperature it gets destroyed at, because lighters are pretty damn hot.

Not to screw it up for you, but I've read in psych books (and heard from pharmacists as well) that ginko biloba was not proven to be statistically significantly more effective than a placebo when it comes to mental concentration. I don't know anything about turning it into a smoke-able material or whether one is better than the other, but I do know that it hasn't been clinically proven to do much of anything (in fact, the opposite has pretty much been proven).

^I wouldn't smoke it either.

I think at the very least it would be gross and not very effective. Probably would hurt your lungs also with whatever ghetto kitchen chemistry you might use to make it smokeable...stick to taking it orally, IMO.

You can switch to pills if you like, it really depends on your preference.

Don't smoke ginkgo.

Okay thank you for all the replys! It doesnt do much for me, i maybe have felt something in the first week, but maybe it was placebo...
And sorry for my english :)

Ginkgo is still a useful plant. Natural vasodilator, said to help with arthritis and a good liver cleanser too!
