I love a good madras too, but really depends whether the restaurant is southIndian, North Indian, Nepali, Pakistani or Bangladesh staffed as to what my favorite is. Also BIR is quite different too.

One guy in town here makes the best Jalfrezi I ever had and another makes a jalfrezi that I don't like at all

My favorite turned out to be closed today so I got gnocchi bologonese instead

Katsu is lovely, reminds me of chip shop curry chips when I was a kid
 
Smoking my last joint, need some weed tomorrow

I got the dust from 3 high grade bags, a new small dry outdoor buds from bottom of my roll box, a tiny smear of some old RSO and a pinch of CBD isolate crystal in a spliff with a half ciggy

Surprisingly decent

On another vibe anyone else seen Boris Johnson at his wedding event with his odd shaped nose freak known as his wife having their first dance? It's so terrible, it's so close to Ricky Gervais from The Office, I was Lost for words after watching it.
His wife has such a bizarre shaped nose too, so many of the country side dwelling Tory bunch have the same nose.

What's BIR? I think it's British Indian Restaurants but that's just a wild guess.

I had NO idea that food was so different in regards to what part of India it was from & also places close to India also, say Nepal would be so different to Goa as one example. You sure have traveled around a bit.

What part of the planet you scored the best weed at? I was talking to a religious guy I know online who's from Lebanon but lives in India now (Varanasi by the side of The Ganga) & he was telling me about the "Red Leb" that's made in the village he was born in, they see hash as nothing special, it's just like corn or apples to them!!!

What is the best part of the planet you been to?

You aren't one those "Insta-wankers" who spend 10 minutes taking pictures of your food at restaurants are you? My stepbrother and his friends did that at his wedding THEN shared the pictures online with eachother 😩😩😩
I swear those kind of people are fucking spastics, even people with autism would roll their eyes at that behaviour. I judge food by the taste & how full I am after, NOT by the way it looks, when I see someone taking pictures for Instagram the next morning or maybe the afternoon I will respect them 😉🤣

Decided to harvest my poppies today. Ended up with a coupe of hundred pods. Although I've had better yields in the past, it's not bad for fuck all cost and effort.

Brewed up 13g of bone dry pods (12 of varying size) and am thoroughly enjoying it thank you very much! Eyes pinned to fuck and mind racing.

Starting to regret not growing more now, but secretly relieved I didn't.

Yeah, BIR Indian is not particularly close to most Indian dishes

Honestly I've had the best weed/cannabis products here over past 5 years as the industry and strains have developed so much since I left Europe

I have had legendary hashish from Moroccan, India, Nepal and other spots also

I'm not very well traveled really, I've been all over Europe and good chunk of South and East Asia but still want to visit so many places.

An Iraq/Iran trip would be fantastic for food, culture and hospitality although I'd have to prob not drink alcohol for the duration
 
@zopi when i started smoking bitb red leb was as ubiquitous as roccy was.. and leb blonde - really nice smoke - favorite smoke was always S American or W.I weed or Thai...can't abide hydroponic mutant weed. BTW nearly all the 'indian ' restaurants in the UK are Bangladeshi

Yeah man for me it's a muvvafuggin prawn Madras almost always. Gotta make sure the curry place is good cos sometimes you get 5-6 rubbery tiny winnets floating in watery, spicy diarrhoea. I actually had one last night and it was ok but won't be going their that place again.
