Gibberings Episode CCIV - A New Hope

Right then, beer finished, fag finished, xanax kicking in. Time to go and watch my eyelids for round 4 while the snuffelupagus & cats throw a felix fan club party all over me again.

Ok the xmas trees can come down tomorrow when I'm back at work :D I'm all heart!

Tempted to keep the 2 wee firs in the porch, but they'd be happier 'roon the backie. Might get some new pots and plant some winter pansies and bulbs there instead. I'm slightly concerned who stole the candy sticks off the firs, they were at least 10 years old 8( Wonder if some weans are suffering botulism...

Last day off! He'll be a happy man tomorrow :\ lol


Now do I sew some recyclable fabric kitchen roll or face cleansing wipes today? Decisions, decisions....

Fuck the pansies and daffs (well if you're into that kinda thing who am I to judge 8)) - I'm going to grow these little Sprouts instead :D

And to think every day I walk in and out of my home I'll see my little sprouts, give them a water, fertilise (I'll make sure Felix doesn't shite on em' :sus:) them and then chop their heads off to have for dinner =D



Edit: apparently they're a cross between kale and brussels - that's the science bit folks!)

Home to the usual grey environs after a weekend in the countryside, oh well. House to myself, cannot be arsed to do anything. My mind is still back on the bus, I think. Everyone else good?

I'll be naming them Sprout 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and so on :D If I stick a spring onion in the middle I'll call it Snolly =D Fucking love spring onions btw.

Get yourself wrapped up in your cosy knits, ramp the heating up and go for a bit of nesting with one of your "machines" (fnar, fnar)...Or you could stick some laundry on and sort out the spare room for drying purposes? You may get brownie points for that from your good lady %)

What about an easy meal for tonight too? Few candles out and whatnot to cheer you both up? x<3x



Edit: I'm so grateful I have trees all around us, park accross the road and a river at the bottom of the hill. Greenness is essential. You got houseplants Snolly?
 
Good names, and I'd be honoured to be a spring onion although it's not entirely representative of how I feel at the moment! They are excellent though.

Knits is a good plan, as is the rest =D I think I will get the laundry sorted though, you're right. She's started a new job today so should get some food on too aye, will see what we've got! We do need some cheering it's been a weird few days but think stuff is gonna be ok. You got any plans for the evening? <3

We have a Christmas/Easter cactus (it's a bit confused I think) and a money tree, I keep saying I want to get more though and do summat with the garden. It really does make a difference, doesn't it? I miss it so much, my parents' place backs on to this old overgrown fisheries and some woods, it's beautiful and you'll often see kingfishers, herons, foxes and apparently deer though I ain't spotted any myself. Couple swans kicking round. Soooo quiet too, just water noises. Stress levels are basically zero when I'm there, I can't man cities but we're looking at moving closer to home in the next few year so not long =D
 
I've spent the day feeling oh so sorry for myself given I seem to have contracted the lurgy/plague - figured a hot cup of tea and some steaming jalapeno infused tomato soup would make me feel better. Sat down to watch TV as I ate and looked down 5 seconds later to find half of my fringe stewing in my lunch.
Today is not my day. :(

The only time I've ever shat on a Sprout involved a glass coffee table (and he gave me £10).

Do you need hair grips or a band for your hair (If I remember rightly, you have long hair?) Could be my new sewing project! I've got some great Japanese fabrics btw :D
 
Weather is so fucking horrible here, stormy as fuck, loads of surface water flooding on the roads, the noise of the wind and sea alone is keeping me awake at nights

so I've had 40ug of 1-p-lsd and 30mg of methylone to perk me up.
