Holland, same as it's ever been, albeit they're not getting tax these days. I remember there was a story a few years back about a friendly fire incident in Iraq or Afghanistan that was blamed on pilots taking speed for long flight missions, though it's definitely something that deserves greater recognition.

yeah they do still give fighter pilots dextroamphetamine for long missions, pretty worrying really, its one thing being awake and alert after taking modafanil or something, but people flying around with bombs in high speed jets on amphetamines? bound to lead to trouble.
