Over here, Friday is a half day and the weekend is a holiday. I'm not religious but am definitely looking forward to the time off. And am not going in Friday.

ETA: Consumer, I used to go to the races or the casino as part of a group who determined the time was NOT better spent in church.

My Mrs has just told me about some dude, caught up in the Brussels bombing , he was also lnjured in the Paris attacks and was watching his mother run the Boston marathon when the 2 bombs went off.
Can't work out if he's the luckiest or unluckiest fucker knocking about.
All I know is probably best to stay well away from the fella and don't holiday on the same continent as him.

He's 19 years old I'm off up William him see what the odds are on him making 20.

hahahaha this gave me a chuckle. The news stresses me out cause all I hear is benefit cus which gets me obsessing n anxious. Plus I do feel I'm im a bubble hence why I laughed. Nice to sre you here anyway - hope you stick around you're comical n make me laugh xxxx

fuckin ragin to be honest, really angry. Be safe everyone and if you need to go on a binge then please drink and eat constantly (as hard as it is) and rinse your mouth with salt water - this stops the bacteria in your mouth from flaring up because it does not like the ph that salt creates but there is little you can really do to protect your saliva glands when you are on phet. It simply seems to target them for some reason and can really fuck them up and it isn't nice at all.

Sorry to hear of your troubles.

One thing I would recommend if you can get it (most high street pharmacists in the UK will have it) is Corsodyl Mouthwash - this tackles bacteria in the mouth more effectively than ordinary mouthwash and helps improve the condition of your gums and oral health general.
 
They have corsodyl toothpaste now too. As crazy to some as this may sound. I am also a firm convert of oil pulling and if snort a lot of stuff, gargle with it too, it must be raw organic cold pressed cocanut oil though.


How to Use Coconut Oil for Oil Pulling

"Put 1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil into the mouth. I also pour a few drops of Brushing Blend or Essential Oil into the mix. ...
Swish for 20 minutes. ...
Spit oil into the trash can. ...
Rinse well with warm water. ...
Brush well."


A natural antiseptic etc...added bonus it makes your breath smell nice and allegedly whitens teeth (which I would agree with.

Oral decay on stims can be halted (not entirely, don't kid yourself) by stimulating salivary glands with sugar free gum, sterile water rinsing and drinking, vasodilation (the gums are served by vessels of an obscenely narrow diameter, constrict them and your teeth will die through hypoxic necrosis, simple as that), upping oral pH with Ca/NaCO3, Chlorhexidine a la Corsodyl and all the standard methods.
 
Inflo: coconut oil is magic stuff, i use it for cooking mostly though. I tend to add a tablespoon to rice when im cooking it, it helps break up the carbohydrates and makes for some very fragrant silky rice.

Evey: the anasethetics they use will not interact with 3fpm but I do not advise that you go to the dentist under the influence of stimulants like that, as it will cause bruxism (jaw tension / tooth grinding) and will not help the dentist do their work, or do your gums any good.

Drinking very hot mint tea with no sugar is also good.

Stopping smoking tobacco also does an immense amount of good in terms of improving your oral health.
 
Epinepherine injections under the influence of VC-heavy stimulants cause massive tachycardia and seizures - just lay off the shit for a few days. Seriously.
 
Thanks, Sprout. Dammit me electric toothbrush has gome walkies. Cleaning tge old snowmen auz entist will be going on about my gum disease again. Inenjoy the dentist but must they insist on me having a filling every time i have a check up lol. It is funny when they use that drill. I suddenly think of all the people frightened of it n can't stop laughing lol

I doubt someone going for a little filling will be receiving epinephrene injections sprout. A shot of Novacain is somewhat moremore likely, she's having a filling not heart surgery:)

Its not used as much for vasoconstriction in dental anesthetics and anyway even when it is two whole cartridges contains about 40mcg which is nowt.

I didn't get the filling n wont be going there again the less said about them the

Now what's the cure for feeling angry as fuck? Chocolate, chocolate n more chocolate. (Or punchimg a door but probably not good HR). Grrrrr bet the ***** purposely never answered my calls.
