Currently laughing at my social conditioning: I have zero issue with ascending to the stratosphere from 10am but I can't help feeling awkward if I debate alcohol before 3pm.
 
Happy Friday everyone,

We've done nothing today - both started to feel a bit 'off' last night and I think we have a bug as both not feeling that good today. Got to finish moving my furniture and putting up dust sheets etc as going to make a start at ripping up the floor tomorrow.

Not sure about availability given your location (which I can only narrow down to a quarter of the Earth =D ) but Ibuprofen, Loperamide, Loratidine/Cetirizine, Caffeine and a saline wash of the nose and ears is my go-to minor ailment concoction. :)
 
Streased tonthe max :( thanks to Raasy b Sadie being amazing supportive friends. You learn who your friends are when you go through tough times. Don't want to elaborate. I'm throwing all my cutalopram n subs down the toilet. Had enough of the system cause it dont help you. Three yeaes I been on subs n too frightened to get off. Time to just flush it all.

Evey please think long and hard before you bin your medications.

They were prescribed for a reason: whether you believe them to be effective or not the underlying issue will very quickly reach prominence.
 
Please don't take this personally but abrupt discontinuation of SSRI's was a terrible choice. Please, please, please call your GP/P.Doc/Pharmacist ASAP and explain to them, hopefully they can reissue the prescription.
Withdrawal from such compounds is absolute Hell - worse than any opioid could even dream of. That is not an exaggeration.
Please sort this out <3

There's a distinction to be made between shorter and longer half-life SSRIs, I will put forth personal experience CTing from fluoxetine (on about a week now) as not being particularly bad, however citalopram has a much shorter half-life, and therefore will have far greater risk of worse withdrawals, and I am fully prepared to accept Sprout's claims on the matter. Short half-life SSRIs like citalopram or sertraline absolutely need to be tapered or switched to a long half-life SSRI like fluoxetine before stopping.

Have you got long to sleep in for?
Uber HL benzo's were always a terrible PRN hypnotic for me, by the time they were effective I had to be up anyway.
