ghb withdrawal help

actually, it's GBL, not GHB. and erowid nor dancesafe really gives much information regarding addiction/withdrawal. but basically i am shaky, having hot & cold flashes, my brain feels "numb" (that's the best i can describe it), yet i feel like i am under sensory overload. i am nervous and easily annoyed. i've been taking it once a day for the past year (except weekends where my use is heavier) and several times daily for the past week. i am looking for anything to ease this

Before going cold turkey off any substance it is adviced to taper it off some. Over the years I have tapered off several substances, it can be done! If you are taking 3mls every 3 hours ,try 2,8mls every 3hours and 10 minutes. Be consistent but don't exagerate. It could help if you had some benzos to help with the shakes and insomnia you'll be having towards the end of your taper, also as seen that high blood pressure is common when getting off gbl/bdo some clonidine might come in handy.
Good luck! Let me know how it goes.

i would definitely try some benzos if you can get them. that should tremendously help the problem.
for the insomnia you could try 5htp.
