I'm contemplating purchasing a bottle of "nail polish remover" from a european distributor. Before I commit to this i have a few questions for those of you experienced in this area. First off how reliable is it to order from these distributors in terms of delivery and not getting busted. And second I'm having a bit of trouble locating technical grade KOH, or NaOH, so would something like red devil lye work? I've heard there are heavy metal impurities...

Due to recent attention we have been getting, and because you were very clear with "intent" in your post, this must be closed.. there are a number of chemistry sites online that can help you with your acedemic research, but we can't teach you how to make a C-I drug... sorry..
