I remember 2-3 years ago a lot of my buddies used to do lots of ghb but recently it seems it dropped in popularity and the prices have shot sky high since then. does anyone in canada still use this stuff cause every time i ask about it i get "that shit is still around?!"

Its around but its very uncommon. And its really expensive in my area, really not worth doing unless you can get it for cheap.
But once in a while ill grab some.
