GHB caps

What is the original purpose of the tubes they put GHB in?
If it's a legal purpose, then I would like to ask for a source: where to get them caps? smartshop/online/photosupplier???
cause i don't want to walk any longer with small bottles if I clubbing and certainly not my 5 liter jerrycan
