I have been using ghb for 8 days now and have taken 5 doses. I have read about neurotoxicity and neuroprotective effects from it. I just want to know, rat human biologist in the brain a lot with respect o metabolism, how neurotic is ghb, is it only with daily use, or will breaking often stop it. Can I hear some anecdotal reports? Just how bad is this stuff.

From my experience, it takes a LOT to overdose. I've known lots of people who have taken excessive amounts, no one has ever had any trouble.

3 milligrams is enough for a human being to be laying face down in there own vomit? no recreational drug should be daily, that classifies some one as an addict, if your using it daily your body will create a dependence and your personality will change, everything will be fine when you have the drug but when you dont you will do anything to get it, you will also be physically sick because of the absence of the drug in your body.

Ghb

Well, I dont know what drug the prior poster was talking about, but it takes more the 3 milligrams to make you pass out. GHB has the potential for both physical and psychological addiction. It does not have any higher potential for neurotoxicity than say alcohol or benzos.

GHB is not Neurotoxic, theres millions of studies proving this. But people will still argue because its hard for people to except facts.

It took 15 milligrams for me to pass out last friday. Don't take G on a full stomach, you get anxious and do to much :) and then carp the fuck out. GHB<3

yes mL sorry. And it was obviously dilluted because 15ml of pure ghb would kill you.

I just made 2 gallons last night of pure and 1 cap is = to 6 "street" caps

How the hell is a 'street cap' a standard unit of measurement, stuff on the street could be a 10% saturated solution or a %100 saturated solution.

No but check out the wikipedia page-

Pedraza et al. (2009) found that repeated administration of GHB to rats for 15 days drastically reduced the number of neurons and non-neuronal cells in the CA1 region of the hippocampus and in the prefrontal cortex. With doses of 10 mg/kg of GHB, they were decreased by 61% in the CA1 region and 32% in the prefrontal cortex, and with 100 mg/kg, they were decreased by 38% and 9%, respectively. It is interesting to note that GHB has biphasic effects on neuronal loss, with lower doses (10 mg/kg) producing the most neurotoxicity, and higher doses (100 mg/kg) producing less.

I think it is absurd to claim ANYTHING is non-neurotoxic, it is just how much neurotoxicity or if those effects are counterbalanced by stronger neuroprotective effects, nmda antagonists can improve working memory and neuron survival rates in hypoxic conditions, but they can also cause olney's lesions.

Everything said so far in support of GHB is heresay.

That is interesting for me to imagine any drug being better for your body in higher doses. I haven't had the pleasure of sampling any GHB/GBL/etc. as of yet, but I guess it would be better for me to push it to the limit than start low. There's HR for you :P.

I've been using excessive amounts of G every weekend and have no physical addiction once so ever. And yes I do know what physical withdraws feel like.

I do look forward to every saturday night though knowing I'll
Be g'd up from my feet up.

GHB is actually pretty damn safe, especially if you have powdered G and know your dosage and 'measure' your dosage out. I've run into physical withdrawal using liquid GHB that had unreacted GBL in it, but no real problems using pure powdered GHB. Strange.
