Benzos getting the most out of mylan a4

i finally got my hands on some benzos. these are the mylan a4 2mg xanax.

im wondering if there are any seasoned benzo users on here that have advice on how i can get the most out of these bad boys. i havent eaten today so thats a plus but how can i potentiate them further or get a higher BA of taking them orally? EDIT: right after i posted this i got a little acid reflux rise up in my stomach....is that a bad thing for xanax?
 
meh this has probably been asked about a thousand times on here....you can delete the thread if you want. i just need to swallow the damn pills and stop analyzing the shit so much. its because im coming down off adderall and getting a little psychotic and anxious
