this is the way it is i take paracetamol and codeine based painkiller co codamol 30/ parts codeine /500/paracetamol 2tablets 4 x a day. I also get 28 dihydrocodeine 30 mg tablets every 7 days which i take 2 x 300 mg a week and combine remaining 8 with co codamol daily also i have been on mst continuos 10 mgs twice a day for 6 months now i take 4 of these crushed sometimes feel a little warmth thats about it someone said i could take 8 of these mst continous quite safey is that right? opinions greatly recived also with my dihydrocodeine i use potenators cyclizine 4x 50 mg tablets and 10 mg diazepam could anybody point out 2 me a good combination of my potenators and my opiates IE Dhydrocodeine and mst continuos and cyclizine or vica versa using the 5 medications i have mentioned i just want to get the best out of the 14 mst continuos 10 mg tablets i get been using codeine for about 16 months now all help appreciated
