If your trying to get over paranoia, and you know talking about anything paranoid will only make it worse and no one will take you serious. Who do you go to? A doctor? A friend? Family? or all of the above? I assume you keep looking around until you find someone who you click with but im having trouble in that department. I just tend to think no one takes me seriously anymore and i am unsure what works for other people. Like I know that lots of people get tired of seeing the same kinds of people every day and maybe just get into the habit of only half listing. So whats some other ideas that i possibly haven't thought of. My last psy doctor didn't seem to like me very much. And its not the first time I went to a doctor and had a bad exp. Its very frustrating. On top of that I get a lot of conflicting advise even from professionals. I dunno. Any thoughts? You might know me on here if you read my posts before I know I'll prob get the same advise as always. But figure I ask here. As I like these boards.
