well what I've been dreading this whole year happened. I'm sick with the flu and cannot lift due to dizziness, excessive coughing, and lack of motivation due to extreme fatigue and overall feeling like fucking shit. I've been managing to eat about maintenance calories and staying hydrated while bringing in most my macros (sadly I can't force feed myself anymore then I already did). next week when I get into the gym, how should I get back into training? I wanna make up time lost and fix the damage that's been done but don't wanna overdo it. any advice is appreciated. thanks all
