. Their reasoning will be that the switch from methadone to buprenorphine will be easier without the additional antagonist properties of nalaxone but that's bullshit, both methadone and bupe have much stronger binding affinity to your receptors for naloxone.

***Bupe binding affinity is much stronger than nalaxone but the same isn't true for methadone.
Just wanted to correct this small error in case anyone were to think nalaxone wouldn't do anything to someone taking methadone.
