I am trying to get off opiates today. I have been using over 3 pounds a day of poppy tea on top of lots of fentanyl daily. I bought a bunch of stuff to help me get clean. Now i need to decide how to put it together and actually get clean. I have seeds and fentanyl left but would rather not to use it anymore if i can.

I have:

Clonidine 60x 0.2mg
Hydroxyzine 60x 50mg
Loperamide 500x 2mg
Ondansetron 200x 8mg
Memantine 100x 10mg
Phenibut 100x 500mg
Ibuprofen 100 x 200mg
Magnesium Glycinate 100x 250mg
JWH-250 2g

Please tell me what is the best dosage protocol for my stuff and if it is realistic to think i can get off without a taper.

The truth is, there is no real good way to know where your tolerance is based on that information. Poppy seed rinses can vary massively depending upon the seeds used, and you gave no indication of your fentanyl dosage.

That aside, your list of comfort meds looks okay. I would dose the clonidine (.2mg) every 4 hours and the loperamide (16-30mg) every 8 hours or so (as needed). Use the phenibut to sleep, dosed ~2 hours before bedtime (perhaps 1500-2500 mg, but it really varies from person to person). The rest could be dosed on an as-needed basis.

If your tolerance is high, you should still plan to experience a lot of discomfort. I would look into benzos if you think you can take them responsibly as you detox (if not, please steer clear - a benzo addiction is no laughing matter). If you opt out of using the benzos, the hydroxizine could help you manage your anxiety, and some valerian caps may also be useful for the same purpose. Also, Melatonin might be useful for sleep.

Your Personal Opiate Withdrawal Arsenal

Don't let phenibut's otc status fool you. It can be habit forming, and the withdrawal syndrome is a BITCH. Try not to use it for more than 2 days in a row (maybe 3, but even that's pushing it). You could end up stuck on phenibut indefinitely... I can attest to this personally. Especially if your attempt to give up opiates CT fails. Then you'll have a phenibut habit on top of your opiate habit.
