Getting mashed with a stomach ulcer

Had a big drinking sesh a couple of weeks ago which ruined me, caused a LOT of pain and sickness. Shortly after I was (sort of)diagnosed with a stomach ulcer. Currently taking a stomach liner until I have a scan to definitely confirm it.
Anyway, after staying sober for Christmas and my birthday I'm desperate to not be for New Years. However, not desperate enough to try plugging yet.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to either get drunk or high whilst it avoiding my stomach? (& plugging, and injecting!)
The best I've thought of is rubbing coke in to my gums. Will this definitely avoid my stomach? And will it destroy my gums? It'll only be half a g or something close.
And other ideas are welcome!

I have peptic ulcers, so I can chime in and help you out. First off, alcohol is just gonna have to go for a while... alcohol just increases acid production and irritates the GI lining so hold off until at least a few weeks to months so that your body has time to begin to heal itself, heavy alcohol consumption at this point is just gonna delay or worsen the healing process. Last thing you want is a bleeding ulcer.

When you say you were given "stomach liners", can you be more specific? Were you given a proton pump inhibitor like prilosec, protonix, or nexium? Or an H1 blocker like pepcid? I ask because the former are alot more effective at decreasing stomach acid production and I was able to get away with alot more, in a quicker time before any discomfort reared it's head. When dealing with ulcers it always helps to have a small amount of food in your stomach, and taking drugs on an empty stomach tends to cause the most discomfort.

The obvious advice is to avoid drugs until your stomach gets better, but you sound like someone who already has their mind made up and if were being honest, it's not like all drugs must be avoided once you get a diagnosis of ulcers. Stuff you definitely wanna avoid... Coffee, alcohol, tobacco, acidic/caustic drugs like GHB/GBL, Phenibut, Flouro Amphetamines, the 2c-x series, as well as nauseating psychedelics like mescaline etc... You should have little problems snorting some coke or smoking some weed... just take your meds and have a small meal before you start partying.

MDMA made me bloat like hell as well as causing irritation after the roll, so I would avoid that or at the very least use it rectally. People look down on plugging like it's some sort of twisted, disgusting act of desperation but in reality it's a safer way to get more out of your drugs, and even an optimal experience compared to oral or insufflation without the dangers that come with inexperienced IV or IM use. Don't plug alcohol though, please 8(.

Instead of listing all drugs that may or may not cause issues... what drugs do you have your heart set on ingesting? Besides coke and alcohol of course... again though, it would be for the best to skip the brews this new years.

I was forced to stop all alcohol consumption 3.5 years ago when I developed gastritis and I was a pretty heavy drinker. The amazing thing is though, now the thought of alcohol is as viscerally appealing as battery acid is. It would make me violently ill if I had any alcohol. So you have two ways of looking at this: woe is me I can't drink, or wow I get to be sober with no effort! Also very bad is coffee and chocholate and carbonated beverages. Not interested in the least. Good luck!

Thanks for replying. Could really do with talking to someone with them too!
I'm currently only taking Omeprazole 20mg tablets, once a day.
From my nasty experience with alcohol the other week I pretty much guessed that it would have to be off the menu for a while.
I'm getting on fine with smoking tobacco/weed. I'm a pretty heavy smoker and haven't found it to be an issue in the slightest - thank god.
Ideally id like to take cocaine. I've actually experimented a little this evening, snorted half, rubbed half on my gums which failed and I ended up swallowing most of it. Haven't had any problems as of yet with it, but it's only been a little bit.
I should get over the whole plugging thing but it's just not something I fancy doing. Maybe being a female adds to that a little!
So I **should** be ok sniffing a bit of coke as a one off? Or at least that's what you've found?

Any experience taking ketamine with them? Although my first thoughts would be they don't mix well at all.

I've actually taken both (not at the same time, sounds unpleasant) with no issues, however that's not to say they won't cause you any problems. If you do decide to indulge, just use common sense. If you start to notice stomach pain, drink a bit of milk and take some Peptobismal (bismuth subsalicylate, not sure if your from the US) and stick to smoking weed.

Ulcers typically don't go from "normal" (for lack of a better word) to bleeding with one mistake, and it's not like coke or ketamine are as irritating as battery acid so you have a bit of leeway here... especially if you've been on Omeprazole for a week leading up to new years.

20mgs of what I'm assuming is IR seems a little low though, I was put on 40mgs of extended release but my ulcer was pretty bad by the time I got a correct diagnoses. Your doctor knows best, but If you start to notice discomfort in the evenings just know that it should be okay to take another 20mgs if need be... just make sure you take it on an empty stomach and don't eat for about 45 minutes. I believe 40mg prilosec capsules are now otc in the US.

Have a good new years :)
