Ok so im planning on quitting weed again.
At least for a year this time. Mainly because of my tollerance and my lungs.

Based on previous experiences it takes me about 2 weeks to get it all out of my system and stop the sweating and sleeping problems.

However once im over that I want to start to get back into shape, weights, gym and running. Mainly because I feel so unhealthy at the moment. I cant run for crap and im not even overweight, if anything im under weight. And my lungs feel really bad aswell, like im short of breath and get puffed out going up and down alot of stairs.

What I just want to know is that is it worth waiting 2 weeks or just start now hitting up the gym and exercising?

Start right now man! It will help you so much to quit the weed and you'll feel so much better! If you're to train, do it correctly, go to a gym and get a program, and if you train hard enough I can guarantee you'll like the natural high it gives you :)

I don't really understand where you are coming from. I've been a pot smoker for 3 years now and I am in great shape. Governor Arnold smoked lots of weed back in his lifting days, you just gotta make sure to smoke afterwards. Anyways, you for sure don't need to wait 2 weeks, I think you're using weed as an excuse to not work out because honestly, I work out hours after smoking and can perform all my workouts the same.

exercise is about the best way i can think of to make the "detox" process faster and easier. helps with appetite, helps with sleep, helps you sweat out anything you need to, etc.

and, as was said above, marijuana is no excuse to not exercise.

i would definitely start exercising now. i have depression, and exercise is my antidepressant for when i'm down. i can't keep up exercising though because it exhausts me. it's terrible because i have the worst trouble waking up when i exercise the night before. i save it for nights when i'm really REALLY depressed.

I'm on medicine, but it doesn't work all the time, so when i'm really down i just go lift weights and do crunches and shit. it produces endorphins (as does marijuana and sex and tons of other things) which are an automatic pickup.

actually i heard from someone very knowledgeable that you don't actually get high from the marijuana. you get high from the endorphins the pot produces in you, so yes definitely start exercising now. it will help you come off of it much better.

Exercise now, no reason to detox from weed and put everything on hold for 2 weeks.

If you eat healthy and exercise regularly, you'll be in better shape in no time.

Some people feel more negative effects than others, also not everyone has the same control on his cannabis intake. Just 2 of many good reasons to quit. Why discourage it?

i never realised any w/d symptoms due to stoping weed you can try cutting down first like nowa days i only smoke b4 bed

Oh, I wasn't encouraging it, I could see how that looks confusing.

I was advocating quitting now and working out NOW instead of 2 weeks from now after an unproductive 2 week detox.
