I have recently ran into two 54mg of these new concerta tabs from Kremers Urban Labs

Anybody have any experience with turning these into instant release or prepping for snorting or plugging?
The site says they work with bead technology but when I peeled off the first layer of redishbrown all that was there was a bunch of stuff that looked like dirt and ash with only a few white specks in it.
Any advice into how to get the most out of this? Could I just plug it as is or would I have to convert it into instant release?
