Bupe Generic 4MG Sub How long until I can take something else?

Hey all. First time poster long time lurker. Anyway I don’t normally take subs but I was given one generic 4mg sublingual Suboxone pill last night around 9pm. We are almost 18 hours out and I was wondering if it would be safe to dose some vicoden? SAFE as in will I be wasting my pills if I take them now? My fucking neck is killing me and I need some relief. I can’t get a proper script until after this bullshit neck surgery. Genetically I’m an ultra-rapid metabolizer of opioids I had the genetic testing done. So I’m thinking I would be okay but just wanted to see what y’all thought. Thanks everyone!
 
For me anytime 8 hours after a sub is fine to dose opiates most people will prob say 48-72 hours though
