I never deal from the house or have dealers come to my house, that's just a no-no, but I see what you're saying..
I'd like to get on methadone, but I don't have insurance, and quite frankly.. I need to do something before my probation officer pulls the plug & sends me off to jail.
I've been trying to get into rehab, but every place I call either re-directs me to another rehab, or I get put on a waiting list..

I really don't know what I'm going to do. I need a dam miracle & a lawyer to pull my ass outta this one.
 
^Yeah, it just gets bigger than you can control...but if you can afford dope, you must be able to scrape together something' for methadone dude! Rehab can be good too, as long as they don't try to trick you into staying for a year....but yeah man, make a move to save your own ass!
 
Fuck staying for a year.. My PO wanted me to go to the salvation army which does 6 months.. fuck all that. 30 days is enough for me.
How much does methadone treatment cost without insurance?

Man, I feel for ya, my best friend who I live with is having to play the same bullshit games, he's an ex crack and heroin addict on felony prob. and he's trying to get a bupe doctor but all the doctors around this area are telling him he can't get an appointment until like 2 months from now. Come on, doctors playing games, rehab centers playing phone tag and redirecting you to different places, that's bullshit, everyone tells addicts to go get clean but what about those of us who need help through things like therapy, rehab, medication, etc. It's like they just get ran through the same hamster wheel your on and it really upsets me, I often am throwing my buddy 1 or 2mg of bupe because he really wants to stay clean and I'm off dope and I really can't tolerate people using it around me, I'll relapse but wow, it's mind blowing that people are basically forced to go to the street to pick up a needed medicine so they can survive day to day. I hope if you're really wanting rehab, you get a call back soon because it should not be that much effort for you to find a treatment center, no wonder so many people have no choice besides copping dope on the street, I don't blame them if they're looking for help and nobody will give it to them at the time they need it! Good luck man!

Amen to that. I checked in to detox just one month after that rat wore a wire. One month. Had I of just stopped a month earlier, it would have never happened. She would have called, and I would have been in rehab or clean, and that woulda been that. Cops would have had nothing and no way to get anything else.

So, sometimes you think, "eh what's one more month?" Or "what's one more week?" "I'll stop then". But, that ends of being the time that screws you.

I don't have any actual felonies on my record. Misdemeanors, yes.

So that in combination with me in a program now and doing well, they offered me a plea deal of 6 months in jail and 5 years probation. But my lawyer got them to consider just probation with no jail time. So they are gonna do a pre-sentence investigation, and decide if I should go to jail or not.
 
Junkie days: methadone is $55/week. $220/month. Definitley worth it.

As far as stash spots, i always put mine in my "vertical bacon sandwich." Not all up in there, just enough so its hidden and cops cant find. Once got arrested on a warrant with it in there, thank god cos saved me from gettin a new charge, and i pulled the blanky over my head in the holding cells like i was sleeping and mixed the dope up w water and a carrot stick and snorted it (it was tar).

Haha. Awesome.

My ex got in a lot of trouble, racked up a bunch of extra charges after she got arrested for doing that. She shoved a shit load of dope up there and when she went into jail, they found it, and charged her with smuggling shit into jail and all this crap on top of her normal charges.

I don't how much experience you have with playing the whole game of keeping the courts happy, but the main thing is beating them to the punch as far as treatment goes....
Meaning, if you can get yourself in some weekly outpatient treatment program, get on methadone, and make it look like you're trying to stay off drugs...it will be a lot better than what they force you to do in the end when you end up standing in front of the judge with no excuses!

It's really none of their fucking business who gets high on what anyway, and it's pretty stupid that we live in a society that chases people around and forces them to play all these games because they do drugs...

Anyway, Salvation Army is known to fucking suck! Cover your ass and get yourself signed up for something not as drastic, and you might not have to do rehab at all...Month long rehabs are usually the privately owned ones...All the cheap, state-run ones are long-term shits!

That sucks man...but you basically handled it the best way you could...If you had just said " Fuck it" and went on the run, you'd have gotten time when it all caught up with you...

Do what Scagnattie did JD, don't let probation blow everything out of proportion and fuck your life up over some little petty bullshit! What do they really have on you anyway? Just probation?
 
My old dealer keeps calling me telling me how he has the "fire" and I should get some to give to my buddy to try. When I was using I would sometimes pick up for my one using buddy and the dealer knew that. So now he ain't getting hundreds of dollars a week from his best customer(that was me). And he tells me he will hook him up for a lot less money then I was paying. I even told my buddy I ain't going to the projects to score dope for you. I'll take you to introduce you to the man but I don't want to risk my freedom so you can get high and not make any money out of the deal. I never taxed him he paid the same price I did. If I got a better deal then I gave him money back. He is a good friend to me not just a using buddy. Luckily my friend has found a good reliable connect that is a lot cheaper then I was paying and he don't want to put me in a position where I could get in trouble. Because it would be my luck that I would get arrested while copping for someone else as a favor. No way am I doing that.

SMART. Don't do it. If he's str8 and has someone, don't subject ur sobriety and freedom, it ain't worth it.

That's awesome, I hope your able to stay free man! It is surprising though, a lot of people who get arrested for felonies I've noticed usually will get some good deals made with the prosecuting attorney. I almost did 8 years for 2 counts of felonious assault and a misdemeanor MDOP but the guy who ratted me out was a lying drug dealer so they dropped the felonies fast once they saw who it was making the accusations haha. I went from facing 2, 4 year felonies but thankfully only got a week in jail, 6 months probation and a 3 month rehab stint and I even got off probation within only 4 months served so yeah, thank god the felonies were dropped.
 
Dude Salvation Army were the best rehabs I've been to

One on in Anaheim ahad a bowling alley

And in Perris ca had a fishing lake and computers and
Video games and snack bar and soda machine And decent food

Oh and gym

Plus it's free

Scagnetti - oh ok, I imagined you were seriously gifted linguistically and you got with the judge on some higher level. What did you say when you were asked to speak?

on speaking to the judge, anyone else with a tip/story?

No judge will put Scagnettie in jail because they know that no jail can hold him. So they will just inconvenience him with probation.
