General Drugs With Common Effects Comparision Thread

I was like going to start a thread where people can compare drugs with common effects such as MDMA vs MDA (if thats allowed outside ecstasy discussion..?),
or like, LSD vs LSA, Methamphetamine (street) vs Desoxyn Pill. etc. etc.
How were the effects different, how were they similar.
Which one you like more. etc.

ummm, I guess I'll start it off with a very common comparison because I am on one of them right now.


Dexedrine (Dextroamphetamine) vs Adderall (Amphetamine Salts) = Amphetamine Salts Ingredients:
Amphetamine Aspartate Monohydrate
Dextroamphetamine Sulfate USP
Amphetamine Sulfate USP
Dextroamphetamine Saccharate
(Which one is Levoamphetamine..o : ?)

O.K., well I'm prescribed 70mg of dexedrine a day so I have a high tolerance. But I've had extended periods of time using both drugs as prescribed.
Dexedrine, to be honest to me is just my anti-depressant. I'm not gonna lie-while I do prefer Dex, Adderall is much better for focus. But I think dexedrine is better for creativity and I love writing poems, and lyrics to songs while I'm on dex.
It to me, is that mental soothing feeling you get from adderall, while adderall has this boost of focusness. To be honest I hated that feeling. Really anxious, paranoid, snappy. I hated being around people stuff like that. Its probably the NE boost adderall gives.
But I actually do believe that Adderall is a better drug all around for ADHD. Just because it makes you want to focus, clean, etc. because it effects your Norepinephrine which controls motivation, so I think being on adderall, you'd get along done. You would just probably be a complete sociopath lol. Makes you pretty anxious around people IME.

I can't judge which drug is better because I believe they're both better for different things.
Adderall's good for someone really serious about school and getting work done or clean. A positive, is the body high which dexedrine doesn't have.
Dexedrines good as an anti-deppressant. It really makes me feel...like I wanna do something. Like when I'm on it I want to talk to somebody, make music, see whats on netflix (only problem is, to be honest, I can't sit down and just watch a t.v. show while on dexedrine for shit lol). Positive is its a lot better to do around/with people and less anxiety. Also Less physical symptoms.

chlordiazepoxide and clorazepate. both are metabolized to a significant degree to desmethyldiazepam (aka nordazepam), from which they derive most of their therapeutic action. clorazepate is also further metabolized in small amounts to oxazepam.
anyway, i find chlordiazepoxide to be one of the most useless benzo i ever tried, superceded only by tetrazepam, wheras clorazepate is a smooth, long-lasting, highly anxiolytic compound and probably the best 'functional' benzo i know. i'm dying to try prazepam, which also acts in this way, i.e. as a prodrug for desmethyldiazepam.

just looked up clorazepate and I have been on benzos for a long time, I'm tryin to find the right one. On xanax xr right now.

Marijuana-
is a much less intense but chiller, more euphoric IMO high. Much better for chillin, gettin stoned and watchin a movie.

Synthetic Canniboids (JWs)-
slightly intense high (though it really depends on which kind you get). Makes my stomach hurt. Makes me euphoric but it sometimes quickly switches to dysphoria.

Codeine to morphine to heroin share a lot of similarities. Histamine release n itchies, euphoria and relaxation through releasing endorphines and analgesia.

I was on 200mg IV morphone the other week n topped up with an 1800mg codeine extraction. I experienced the most intense histamine release in my life.

My stomach, back and legs welted up bright red leaving me still rubbing n sometimes scratching the itch hatd as possible until the promethazine i took, as it was the worst and most unbearable histamine release id ever experienced. All up i was rubbing n scratching itchy as fuck for 3hrs even after 50mg promethazine started doing its job.

It was worth being an itchy, swollen beetroot for a few hours lol.
