GBL withdrawal, need help

I have a little problem with withdrawing GBL, symptoms I couldn't find anywhere.
Every time GBL comes off, I start to get heart palpitations. Really powerful ones, which include many symptoms of oncoming heart attack. 180-190/50-60, speeding up, down, slow, fast, palpitating, fibrillating, shaking my whole body and feeling as if I'm gonna have a heart attack (tingling in chest, tightness, variation of pulse, even yawning). That includes paresthesia too - feeling of like "strings of muscles" being stung, or veins being a strings that can't move with the body (as in - walking feels like half of the legs vein changed to a needle or an unbendable hose). I am wondering if there is any way this is something more than just GBL.
Also, the restless leg syndrome is getting to me. I spent half a night running around the house when I woke up on dopamine rebound, with jaw clenching, making nasty sound of breaking at some point but it still feels kind of normal. It stopped after some time though, to be more precise: a dose followed by comatosed sleep, but I am still doing GBL. Probably thanks to food, but I still fear that I'll start looking, and what is I fear most, feeling, like an amphetamine freak on a binge, feeling like dying, when I run out. Not as in wanting to die, that's something I could handle easily. Just feel like I actually am dying.
Akathisia is also constant, I contract the muscles of face and neck. Not actually grinding, but feeling just like I did when I overdosed on a very mild neuroleptic (Sulpiride). I also have an unpleasurable tingling in the fingers, like electrical jolts. I sometimes get kind of like spasm, a sudden outburst of motor neurons.
I am also severely dehydrated.
I am using it 24/7 from the first dose, for a month now. Now about 1.5-2ml every 2 hours. First doses were around 1.2-1.5ml, then it came up to 1.5ml, now hangs around 2ml/dose.

1. How slow should I withdraw GBL? What dose, how often, how, why, what? The problem is more difficult. I have aroung 10ml that has to last me till wednesday. I don't think I'm gonna make it that quick. Then I will be getting a new bottle of 250ml to taper off efficiently, because this one has its last 10ml inside.
2. What kind of supplements should I consume to help the hydration and nutrition?
3. What is the possible course, taking the fact that I am already in such a problem assuming I can't get GBL sooner than in three days from now?

I would wholeheartedly appreciate your answer.
Thank you for reading.

Good call on the link loulou. You seem to have a good idea with what you're doing FriendlyToker; tapering is a must. Is there any way that you can get the next bottle sooner? At your dose level, going cold turkey could be quite dangerous. Especially since you're already reporting heart palpitations.

I'm loath to recommend this, but you could switch to another GABA agonist until you get more. A long-acting benzo (valium, say) would work well if you have access to it. It's a lousy situation, but 10 mL won't last till tomorrow, even with a fast taper schedule-- halving your hourly dose immediately for example. I'd almost consider asking for medical assistance, but good luck finding a sympathetic doctor.

Wish that I had better or more advice. Good luck Toker, and keep us posted!

Oh, if you're in a tough spot with hydration, you can't go wrong with the UN's Oral Rehydration Solution. It has saved many thousands of lives from severe dehydration. For nutrition, just make sure that you're getting usual good nutrition-- no specific supplementation should be needed.

I find myself doing 0.5ml every two hour being good. I have no possibility of getting valium, but I will try with valerian and melissae alcohol tinctures. What about using alcohol?
I get the heart speeding up for a while after changing position of the body, for example standing up. But after few seconds, it seems to beat alright, it's just the anxiety that makes me go crazy about it.
And I doubt any Natrium would be helpful here, as it rises the blood pressure. It's just my hands and skin that feels - and looks - like a cardboard paper.
I'm gonna leave it for 10 minutes more, see if this develops further, and drink ~0.75ml of gbl.

I myself thought I had a possibly severe case of physical addiction to GHB. I tried stopping cold turkey but would get high blood pressure after a day or so which would make me extremely paranoid. I was also really scared of going into psychosis so I decided I would taper. This didn't work for me at all, because I have no self control at all when on G. I managed to get some benzo's and this took away all the problems for me, I gradually stopped taking the benzo's in about four days.

You seem to have some pretty serious symptoms though which I lacked. Is it not an option for you to go to a hospital or something like that?

I can relate to the anxiety. I was scared as hell I was going to go mad or have seizures.

Can't get any. Only alcohol and herbal supplements. Gotta stay incognito, even if it means drinking just the tiniest sip and staying as long as possible. Will that help with that? Any speculations of the route of such use? What about using alcohol? How much and is it actually worth it?

Alcohol will work, but is such a blunt instrument that I didn't want to recommend it. In absence of other options, a small amount of alcohol (i.e. enough to keep physical symptoms at bay) might work. Benzos would be better though.
