Bob, I know things seem hard mate, but its not the end of the world. Unfortunately, life has a habit of throwing shit at us and if it doesn't kill you it will only make you stronger. Trust me.. I know, I've been there, I know that feeling.
Remember, everything you think, everything you feel, is all up there in your head. Its you, and if its you, then you're incharge of it. I know how hard it can be to stop it all running away from you... but you can do it.
From what I've seen, you've got some great people here who really care about you. They want to make sure that you're okay because you matter to them. That's a great gift mate... don't give up, because they wouldn't give up on you.
