Opioids Gabapentin dosage for fentanyl withdrawl

Whats the dosage people should take of Gabapentin for fentanyl withdrawl? Ive heard a 1000mgs dose in the morning and maybe 600mgs later. Anybody got expierence?
 
Gabaoentin I didn’t find to help much at all. Even benzos didn’t much.

Pregabalin though if you can get it did seem to take the edge off a withdrawl pretty well for not being an opioid.
 
How much fentanyl are you using? If you're using say a dozen blues (the m30 pills) a day, gabapentin won't do much.

But it definitely will do something. Might tone down the restlessness a little bit. If its severe fentanyl withdrawal you'll want to take as much gabapentin you can get (to a limit of course), I'd say 600mg every 4 hours .

Im down to 4-6..was taking 25-30...the gabapentin seems to be helping alot....id still like to hear other folks doses
