Gabaergic cross tollerance.

Hi All.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum. But you guys might be able to give me a quick answer off the top of your head.
Would things like Baclofen, Pregabalin, Gabapentin, Vigabatrin and Tiagabine have cross tolerances.

I have had bad depression / Anxiety most my life. Been hospitalized over 12 times and Baclofen is the only thing that helps me. But I get such a huge tolerance to it so quickly and keep pushing up the dose almost weekly to the point where its getting fully toxic.

They should be cross tolerant, yes.

Gabaprentin and pregabalin will be less cross-tolerant than the others (but still cross tolerant with each other) as they are not so much GABAB agonists as they are calcium channel blockers.
