GABA Supplement

I have looked into phenibut, but I don't know enough about it to try it. It's one of the only drugs I've never done other than certain obscure psychedelics.

I've used Phenibut before. I wasn't super impressed and it's really not ideal for me as it is something I have to order. Phenibut binds to and acts upon GABA-B receptors. It is intended to promote relaxation without the sedation that accompanies benzos. I think that it's effects on Gabapentin and Pregabalin would be mostly additive, and I can't say with certainty that it would be worth giving a try.

You may want to look into baclofen.

I found 67.5 mg to be the sweet spot, ideal dose. Take at bed time because it will take a long time coming up, but will notably enhance your day and most certainly enhance the efficacy of the neurontin/lyrica.

I'm on 2400mg neurontin myself. No lyrica however.

I've also thrown in phenibut on top of the baclofen and neurontin with good results.

Not as inebriating as benzo's nor is it as addictive, imo.

Worth a shot.

Kavalectone paste sounds like a good idea as well.

IMO phenibut has given me a few very magical days. Almost MDMA-like in it's euphoric potential. This is my subjective experience of course and YMMV.

Phenibut did work, but I certainly didn't have the same experience as thouart_that. For me it simply produced noticeable sedation and barely noticeable euphoria.

I have considered Kava, but I don't know where to get it at.

As anything else, you can get it at the internet.

Try googling "pure kava root powder" and you'll get enough options. Pick up one of the US shops that it is specialised on kava (its big in Hawaii...) and have several strains to choose from (my favourite for relaxation/ sleep is the "stone kava")

In my opinion, kava capsules, extracts or pastes are a waste of money as they don't work; just the unadulterated dry root powder does.

It's very easy to prepare -you just need to blend it with water for a few minutes and strain it. Tastes like shit, but if you gulp it down and chase it with some orange juice or whatever you like it won't hurt.

Sweet. I am looking into kavalactones. I have been on baclofen before, for quite a while actually, and I found it too sedating. I was prescribed up to 60mg a day, but I would nod off hard if I took 20mg. So I have to be careful with it, even though it worked. It's therapeutic benefits wore off quickly. I took it for my back. Worked for a bit, but once I worked up to a dose that worked, I was nodding off at work, standing up, doing anything really. Not very useful. So I'm going to try to get either kava (the good shit) or phenibut. I'm really leaning towards either at this point.
