Fucking brain zaps help

So there was this 2 day massive a few days ago in socal, and it was my first 2 day event so I wasn't really prepared for it at all (in terms of recovery/ scheduling which drugs to take which day)
Last I rolled was a month prior
So first day I popped 5 pokes ( i knew people who popped like 6 or 7 too), had an awesome time, and could fall asleep that night, and to my surprise slept for like 6 hrs that night.
So then I wake up and eat a footlong subway sandwhich (which probably diminished my roll)

Anyways next night comes, I pop 5 more pokes by 8, and a hit of acid near 11.
Regarding the rolls, first I popped 2, and didn't feel anything after 2 hrs, so I popped 3 more and then felt a minor roll
When the acid hit me, I was too drained to appreciate or remember much of anything, but it felt as if I was rolling for the first time ever.
Even tho I was really drained, I still felt an intense magic blissful feeling just like my first roll
So the acid kind of hit me in a weird way. I couldn't really talk to anyone and was totally absorbed in my own head (as if almost everyone was a stranger)
So now last night I started having these massive brain zaps (like literally I had to stop myself or else I would start convulsing/ having a seizure)
and heard random sounds being made in my head.

I realize now that I totally did the drugs in the worst possible, dosage, order, and condition

The sounds were extremely loud warped computer glitchy type sounds and also random parts of songs that I never heard before (or maybe heard them at the massive but forgot them since)
Is this a sign of brain damage or something?

Usually i get brain zaps, but never this intense and yesterday I was pretty scared that I would convulse or something.
This experience pretty much put me off of MDMA, or at least 1-3 pills / month max
Is there anything I should do to get rid of the brain zaps?
 
Sleep a lot, eat good food, exercise, and don't do any drugs for a while.

That's a good start, at least.

actually I figured it out
turns out all you need to do is take it really easy on your system and
Since its the summer in socal obviously your system is going to have a harder time regulating temp (a serotonin function)
I just figured I'll just eat like around 800 calories or less a day for like 2 weeks and stay around a fan for pretty much the entire day

The last 2 days I got 12 hrs of sleep each and ate like 2000cal each day, and each time woke up feeling really bad and feeling like I want to throw up (like my food can't be digested or something. Plus digesting food raises ur body temp and decreases your energy levels as well.

I don't know how correct this is exactly, but your digestive system is where most of your serotonin is anyways, so i'll just take it really easy on myself and stick to 4 rolls max in the future

Also, with brain zaps, i also noticed that you get them when you try to learn new stuff/ try to overstimulate your brain so I'll just take it really easy on my brain
 
i hate those brain zaps!!! i had weird ones where every time i would be falling asleep the brain zap would kick in and it was INTENSE and then i would wake back up, then when i was falling asleep again it would kick in. It was like my mind was stopping me from going to sleep where i was dying for sleep. I was up all night going through this cycle and it was horrible !
 
I took like 300mg's of 5htp
brainzaps are totally gone (and they were intense too, borderline seizure)
still really lethargic tho

That was exactly my experience of the brain zaps. I was terrified, since I had no idea what was happening, I thought I was going to die of sleep deprivation. I hadn't slept for 3 days, was exhausted, but the zaps shocked me awake like a shot of adrenaline and yellowness every time I was on the verge of sleep.

yes this is how it happened to me, as i was sleeping or falling asleep, i swear to god i thot my body was shutting down a few times. at one point i stopped sleeping for 3 days, these are the reason i will not consume more than once a month, it took me a while to get my first brain zap but now if i consume more than once a month i get them.
 
ya weird i get these when i got SUPER high tolerance and i been munchin pillz like the cookie monster. I'd lay in bed and it would be like a SUPER dizzy spell all of a sudden and u got to somehow stop it. i dunno how i stop it but i do. Either way it makes sleepin a bitch.

I feel for ya. Took me like 3-4 days for it to go away tho. Eat healthy and do all the stuff that ur body likes. (health wise) Vitamins, fruits n veggies, carbs. LOTs of water. i THINK most of it might be from dehdration. Dehydration does weird ass things to ur body.
 
what do you mean by zaps? how long has it been since you took the sid? audio hallucinations is pretty normal from sid, ive had the exact same thing happen, hear a part of a song out of nowhere. or the humming of the a/c turn into a song, stuff like that. but yea im never done tripping untill i get plenty of sleep. i will still feel it until im well rested. i had a guy trip off 2 hits for 3 straight days in my recliner because he didnt go to sleep. every night he stayed awake all night in the dark alone and that probably made his trip worse.
 
Expect a very dark road ahead of you.

Just thinking about those brain zaps I used to get during my heavy mdma days makes me cringe.

But yeah, seriously I joked with many of my friends about the amount of people who would be (im sorry but) stupid enough to roll two days in a row like that at the festival, but hearing it is sad, but ive done stupid things too in my past, so im not one to judge.

Take a long, long break to avoid further damage psychologically and physically.

Excerise and eat right
 
Started getting zaps after a year or more of some pretty continuous stimulant use, including mostly MDMA and dexedrine, then a big psychedellic weekend. they would happen when I would have dry eyes and would close my eyes. or maybe when my eyes were tired. I recovered by having them closed alot and staying away from screens monitors and #1 not doing any more drugs.... except opiates and weed.

I would be falling asleep after a long night of being in front of the computer and the dryness in my eyes just felt horrible and seemed to bring on the zaps when I was finally trying to rest.

maybe a really good sleep cycle can repair this quicker but take it EASY if your getting this, no drugs, regular *circadian* sleep (sleep when its dark, be awake when it's day), and good healthy eating and I was better in no time. I feel alot more normal than I have for a long time and it came from a general break from excess!
