I'm trying to increase my serotonin levels for a roll this weekend and was wondering frozen turkey tv dinners are an ok source for serotonin. Can't find any restaurants around here that serve turkey dinners except for thanksgiving. I plan on eating lots of dark chocolate and several of those Hungry Man turkey dinners.

I have been told that so long as it isn't processed (sandwich meat turkey is a no-no), it should be good.

Frozen dinners are a poor choice if you are going for nutritional value (which I assume you are if you're looking to boost serotonin).

You can buy turkey breasts raw and fresh, pre sliced and cook them yourself quite easily.

I'm not an expert on foods that potentiate serotonin or MDMAs effect on it, but I'd venture to say proper lengthy time in between sessions will give you a boost no amount of food, sunlight, yoga, prayers or supplements can.

just in case you havent seen it (but I think thats where you got it from)

frozen turkey would have little to no nutritional value, and who knows if its even turkey and not turkey by-products...

honestly if you just ate a bunch of chocolate you would probably get the same effects, but healthy eating has its own benefits that could make your roll feel better, and life in general

All meat boosts your body's ability to rebuild serotonin receptors.

L-tryptophan is just another amino acid found in nature. It's also a safe, healthy pre-cursor to 5-HTP.

However nothing works better than exercise, good solid nutrition, the sun and rest. Good luck on your recovery.

Yeah you need to have Sunlight.

For example i think i have the best time when ive had a good week of eating the foods in the diet that I whipped up that folley mentioned, and walk the dog in the sunlight all week.

Chicken and Turkey have the same Tryptophan content,
Thats just a myth that turkey is better im afraid.

My Top contenders for foods to up my experience in order of effectiveness are a bit like this:

Dark Chocolate (60% Minimum, 85% works the best, but its a bit bitter, so i mix a cheap 60% with the 85%, take a bite of each Lol, and eat it that way)
Tuna, Although sardines are meant to work better but ive still not given them a whirl yet. Id imagine maybe salmon would be good too,
High quality free range eggs,
Cheese
Bananas,

Those are the sort of things i eat, but i also eat stuff like
Baked beans on toast for lunch, which is meant to help convert the tryptophan to serotonin, also potatoes too.

Just combine the 2 lists in my diet http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/entries/...equire-lower-dose-and-lessen-have-no-comedown.

To any scientist people out there who say OH IT DONT WORK who havent actually tried it, Shut your textbooks and scoff some of those foods back, take your mdma and then come back to me and say it dont work.
6/6 reviews ALL noticed an increase in their mdma experience,
I personally notice its :
- More loved up
- Slightly more hallucinating, like a high dose of mdma, I lose vision for a bit and the rave turns into a psychoactive dreamland for an hour or so
- Lasts a bit longer
- Diet also combats the comedown if you follow it through after a roll.

Man don't eat those crappy frozen dinners. I would go to your stores deli and buy some sliced turkey breast (don't buy anything that resembles a lunch meat...) Make yourself a delicious sandwich. Healthier choice.
