Hello bluelighters. This is my first post ever on the bluelight forums. I have been using the forum posts as a reference for a good 5 years, maybe longer.
My previous use was strictly for informational purposes as I dabbled into research chemicals, but as time has passed I have grown into myself and heard the echo of my voice in cyberspace and AFK. My willingness to learn, grow and share my experience has led me to finally create a profile.
I am enthusiastic about psychoactives in general, mainly psychedelics, empathogens and dissociatives. Dissociatives have played a role in my life since high school, back when I wasn't familiar with the term. My deeper exploration of consciousness started almost unconsciously as a curious high school student popping extra strength Mucinex DM with little knowledge of what DXM even was.
Upon graduating high school in 2010, my curiosity led me to psychedelics as a mechanism of self-discovery/redefinition catalyzed by my cousin's enthusiastic retelling of his LSD experiences. I vaguely researched the chemical, primarily delving into the phenomenon of ego death while paying little mind to the history of use, psychedelic culture, sociological impact and chemistry. My ignorance led to some traumatizing psychedelic experiences.
I was very stuck in my head for a couple years after high school. I viewed my consciousness as separate from everything else for a long time. I didn't pay much attention to details and wasn't very concerned with events unfolding on Earth. I was on planet Numi, a small compressed sphere floating in deep space.
My eyes started to open to the world upon moving to Belgium in 2011. That was when I was able view the tip of the iceberg that is the psychoactive community. I was introduced to chemicals such as methoxetamine, 2C-B, 4-AcO-DMT, and MDAI, as well as a plethora of other molecules. I also began to open up culturally and understand how vast existence is. My fascination with psychoactives continued to grow as I matured. Upon returning to America, I found a place in the electronic music scene that felt like home and over the past 6 years I have gone through a sort of metamorphosis. I am finally seeing just how interwoven life is and just how much of an impact psychoactives have on consciousness in general.
At this point I have experiemented with roughly 40 different drugs and that number continues to grow. I have found love in my life and reached a point where I feel I can share, learn, grow and connect. Music and drugs are two things I am deeply passionate about. They make an excellent combination. I am a lyricist planning on releasing new music later this year. The philosophical topics covered are inspired by my psychoactive use and my personal experiences.
I am writing this on ~20mg of 3-MeO-PCP. I am looking forward to connecting with you bluelighters, psychonauts, pioneers of consciousness and curious minds! Love always
