Not sure what this is but they sell it in Head Shops. Here's what it says on the back:

FrogE is formulated as a soil conditioner designed to enhance your plant's health and happiness.

Empty or dissolve one capsule in one-half cup of water and gently feed your plant.

It's made/distributed by the same company that makes "Spice". I know it's not really plant food like I know "Spice" is not incense.

Probably some piperazines or maybe they're just bunk? Who knows..

We don't do substance ID's in here... search around for information on bath salts and plant food. There's no telling exactly what's in that but probably some cut to shit preparation of MDPV, maybe mephedrone, pentylone or god knows what.
