I was wondering if anyone has any information on this compound. I have heard that this compound is incredibly strong and licks even Bromo-DragonFLY. I know it is a derivative of RDS-127 but other than that I haven't found out much about it. If anyone can help me that would be great.

One of my friends got his hand on this, he said it was roll like and relatively long lasting but not all there. More like MDAI than MDMA, more psychedelic than both. We were both surprised at the potency of this FROG, as MADAM-2 wasn't really active we expected this one to be inactive as well. As this was completely untested he titrated up from 10 mcg and found that the activity jumped up at 85 mcg. Other than it being incredibly potent he said it wasn't really anything special, although there was no hangover (although he looked a bit green while on it).

I've heard speculation that the safety profile may not be that great on this one. In fact, at dosages exceeding 1mg, there is a real danger that one might croak.

This must be Nichols' fabled "too potent" chemical. I wonder how the fuck that thing fits into the serotonin transporter, if it does at all.

IUPAC is 4,8-dimethoxy-N,N-dipropyl-6,7-dihydro-5H-indeno[5,6-d][1,3]dioxol-6-amine. Never seen or heard of it in the literature, nor refrenced as "FROG". It's a cyclized N,N-dipropyl-DMMDA - or so it looks.

I have my doubts that this is as active as people "want" it to be - it looks like a derivative of MDAI & as such it probably has little effects at 5-HT2Ar, preferring SERT inhibition. Either way I don't see it being active into the micrograms. If I were a gamblin' man I would peg the activity threshold at 50-100mg.

Just from the activity of comparable compounds (5-iodoaminoindane, MDAI, MMDAI, etc) I find it hard to believe this is active @ microgram levels.

Ive sampled this compound a few times and its pretty gnarly, it crystalizes in a frog shaped structure. This is truely a gem to be had.

No way O_O
Can you describe your experiences? Is it a gem only in that it's absurdly potent and cool structure wise, or would you disagree with the above poster and say it's a special experience?

I agree that it probably wouldn't exert effects in the microgram range by SERT inhibition/serotonin release, but I wouldn't yet rule out agonist activity...

(Sorry for accidental double post)

I am closing this mostly speculative thread until someone can provide at least a CAS number or literature refrence for this compound, I don't believe that this is a thing.
