IUPAC is 4,8-dimethoxy-N,N-dipropyl-6,7-dihydro-5H-indeno[5,6-d][1,3]dioxol-6-amine. Never seen or heard of it in the literature, nor refrenced as "FROG". It's a cyclized N,N-dipropyl-DMMDA - or so it looks.
I have my doubts that this is as active as people "want" it to be - it looks like a derivative of MDAI & as such it probably has little effects at 5-HT2Ar, preferring SERT inhibition. Either way I don't see it being active into the micrograms. If I were a gamblin' man I would peg the activity threshold at 50-100mg.
Just from the activity of comparable compounds (5-iodoaminoindane, MDAI, MMDAI, etc) I find it hard to believe this is active @ microgram levels.
